These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the Scholivo platform, an online school management service. By accessing the platform, the institution and its users unconditionally accept these Terms.
Scholivo refers to the platform publisher. The Institution refers to the subscribing school. Users refers to any person accessing the platform through an account created by the Institution (administrators, teachers, students, parents, treasurers).
Each account is personal and confidential. The Institution is responsible for creating, managing, and securing its users' accounts. Any access made from an account is deemed to be the action of the account holder.
The platform is reserved for educational and administrative use only. It is strictly prohibited to: share credentials, enter fraudulent data, harm minors, use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, or attempt to compromise its security.
Access to the platform requires a subscription (Essential, Standard, or Premium). Payment is due according to the chosen billing period. In the event of non-payment, Scholivo reserves the right to suspend the Institution's access.
Scholivo endeavors to keep the platform available at all times. Interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons may occur. Scholivo does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
The Scholivo platform, its design, and its features are the exclusive property of Scholivo. School data (grades, report cards, student information) entered by the Institution remains the property of the Institution.
The Institution may cancel its subscription at any time. Scholivo may terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms. A data export is available upon request before the account is permanently closed.
Scholivo shall not be liable for the use made by the Institution or its users of the platform features, nor for the data entered. Scholivo's liability is limited to the amount of the current annual subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Port-au-Prince.
